CONSTANCE KREBS

Constance Krebs has been an active youth leader for the past 8 years. She aged out of foster care determined to help enact positive change for future generations of Pennsylvania youth.
In March of last year, Constance founded the Pennsylvania Chapter of the national organization Foster Care Alumni of America (FCAA). She currently serves as Co-Chair of the PA Chapter. The mission of FCAA is to connect the alumni community and to transform foster care policy and practice, ensuring opportunity for people in and from foster care. The Pennsylvania Chapter has a particular focus on mentoring youth currently in care, promoting higher education and community partnerships.
Constance currently serves as a Youth Partner for the Montgomery County Systems of Care Leadership Team and on May 21st received the Recovery & Resilience Award at the 37th Annual Montgomery County Mental Health Reception. She currently resides in Abington and recently graduated from Gwynedd Mercy University.
