Sue Justice has worked at Boekel Scientific since 1995 and has worked directly for Leo Synnestvedt, the company’s chairman and CEO, a large part of that time. She is the owner and operator of Suebee’s Catering, LLC which largely caters veteran events. She also does Notary work for soldiers who are about to deploy.
Sue is a Life Member of Associates of Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 266 (AVVA) and has been the chapter’s President since 2005.
Sue and her fellow members of the AVVA support all veterans in various ways, including making blankets for wounded soldiers through Operation First Response, collecting grocery coupons and sending them to U.S. military bases overseas, and collecting old cell phones then donating them to Cell Phones for Soldiers. They run an annual Child Safety Day in which children are photograhed and fingerprinted. The children’s ID kits are given to their parents to have in case of emergency. They also hand out a Safety Activity book which the AVVA members put together to teach general household safety.
